The San Antonio Bar Association in conjunction with the State Bar of Texas Military Law Section, is pleased to present “Military Divorce & Retirement: What The Practitioner Should Know,” scheduled for September 27-29, 2012. The seminar will take place at the lovely Crowne Plaza Hotel (111 E. Pecan St. San Antonio, TX 78205), located in the heart of downtown San Antonio, along the banks of the San Antonio River. The seminar will get started on the September 27 at 1300 sharp (that's military talk for 1 p.m.)
The course has been approved for 16.0 hrs., including 3.25 hrs. of ethics. Credit for attendance at the San Antonio Bar Association’s Military Divorce & Retirement Seminar may be utilized toward continuing legal education requirements for the certification and recertification of attorneys in Civil Trial Law, Estate Planning and Probate Law, Family Law and Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
The pre-registration seminar price is $395. Active duty military and district, county and appellate judges may attend at a reduced rate of $195. Please note that the fee MUST be received at the San Antonio Bar Association office (or by online payment) no later than 5 p.m. on September 21 in order to receive the pre-registration discount. Registration after September 21 is $495. The fee includes electronic seminar materials and Friday lunch.
